Before you renew

How fast will I get my renewal quote?

Within one hour during business hours, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm Pacific. Requests that arrive after hours are answered first thing the next business morning.

How can I pay?

Approved customers can buy on NET30 terms with a purchase order. Everyone else can pay by credit card.

How do I know which renewal I need?

Use the Renewals Finder above, or send us your serial numbers or your current contract and we’ll identify it for you. You can also call 1-949-218-2100.

What can I send you?

Serial numbers pasted into the form, a file upload (PDF, Excel, CSV, text or image), or an email to Renewals@xpertbuy.com. Any of these is fine.

How do I receive my renewal keys or contracts?

Renewal keys and contracts are delivered electronically as PDFs by email to the person you identify as the customer contact.

Can you co-term my renewals?

Yes. For co-term quotes, your XpertBuy renewals rep will confirm the co-term date with you and record it on your renewal quote during the quote process.

What if my contract has already expired?

Fortinet enforces a continuous support policy, so a lapsed renewal is backdated to the original expiration date and you pay for the period the device was uncovered. If a long time has passed since your last coverage, we can ask Fortinet to approve a more favorable renewal quote.

How long is my renewal quote valid, and when does the price lock?

Your renewal quote is valid for the period stated on the quote. We don’t offer a standard price lock because prices change quickly. While the quote is still valid, the price locks when we receive and accept your PO or receive your payment, whichever comes first.

Do you also install hardware?

Yes. We do onsite installs in most major U.S. cities and remote installs worldwide  24x7x365. Call us or Request a Quote and we’ll scope it with you.
