Ship Timeframe Hardware. Orders of physical hardware typically ship within 1-2 business days from an XpertBuy warehouse nearest your delivery address. Free standard ground shipping is generally available on orders of $1,500 or more. Orders under $1,500 ship at $1.00 per pound, per package. Free standard ground shipping excludes heavy freight, oversized items, or direct drop-ships from OEM warehouses.
Ship Timeframe Non-Hardware. Entitlement documents for software licenses, subscriptions, support and maintenance contracts, professional or other services generally ship within 1-2 business days and are fulfilled electronically to the contact listed on the Order or Purchase Order.
